MISSION/VISION
The mission of HealthKey is to increase access to quality health care for the uninsured and underinsured for the residents of Alcona, Arenac, Iosco, Ogemaw, and Oscoda counties. HealthKey is a collaborative effort between several health care agencies including Alcona health Center, District Health Department #2, St. Joseph Health System, Sterling Health Center, and West Branch Regional Medical Center.
HealthKey connects uninsured individuals and their families throughout the service area with appropriate health care programs for which they are eligible. HealthKey will make it easier for these individuals to access health care by providing all the information they need in one place. This could save time and money by not having to make a lot of phone calls or travel to other places to access the needed services. HealthKey will also assist with the completion of the paperwork for programs for which the individual may qualify.
